Respected All,

I require your suggestion regarding the committee member (adhoc or registered), Can second owner of the flat in the society have a right to become committee member or on the post like chairman/secretary or treasurer of the society?

Second member has right to become member subject to consent of the first member as both cannot remain members at the same time. If first member is ready to surrender only then second is entitled.

yes second flat owner has right to stand for elctions , be a managing committee member and be an office bearer in society subject to primary member giving jis Boc to society for said purpose
