I am a victim of a wrong complaint. There is a criminal case pending and also a departmental inquiry is being going on. I state that department has produced several witnesses as mentioned in the chargesheet and all of them have been examined and coross examined by me.
Further I state that I have been examined in Chief and the PO has also cross exained me. Now the PO wants fresh production of witnesses
My question is is:
1. Whether can the PO be permitted to do so. Since I am innocent I am ready to for all witness in any manner in any form . What is your advice
2. AT what stafge the present is inquiry is and what further steps are required

1. No new witness cannot be permitted to be produced. If such thing is done, its entire benefit shall go in your favour.
2. Now the Enquiry officer shall close the evidence and then shall consider the material on file and shall submit his enquiry report. The management/disciplinary authority shall duly take into its consideration the report and further action shall follow accordingly.
