Dear Querist,
If the Suicide was attempted due to depression, and you try to use it as a ground for divorce, the court is not likely to take it very positively. First of all if she is herself so fed up of life/in a hopeless situation that she feels ending her life is the only option, she is in need of care and medical treatment and not a divorce notice. The Court may not qualify this genuine problem (if it is indeed genuine) as mental cruelty.
However, having said that if she has done the same deliberately to threaten you or wreak vengeance - the same may so qualify.
In a nutshell, depends on a lot of variables.
Consult a local advocate with her medical reports.

Also, the said event can be used effectively by a devil mind against you.
Better consult a shrink and try marital counselling
