Sir,
recently i got an assignment from a Co-op. housing society. Wherein i have to check the documents and applications of membership submit by new member/s of society. as i am not well experienced, i do not know what to check in those documents. the secretary of society is very co operative and she encourage me and told me that it is not very serious work and i have to accept the opportunity.
can any one guide me that what documents and what details i have to check in the documents?

Go thru Act & Rules.
Doc are Regd Sale Agreement, from Builder to the present one: All Link Agr.
Allpi for membership & Transfer Sets.
Procedures are readily available, or federation will help you. Only in complicated cases, u need Sr. Adv Guidance, that differ from case to case.
EG: trf of dead member w/o nomination, missing person, trf by WILL, Membership of Nominee, care taker & sale, lost of Share cert, trf c Bank Loan etc etc,

Ask secretary term of reference in writing along with the basis of the documents on which they required your report, then read Act Rule bye laws and property allotment terms and condition(DDA/Land and building etc) and then see particular persons file for preparation of report
