Bond transfer or exemption from bond

Sir,
presently i am working in irrigation deparment as AE from 05/02/2009.Beore that iwas in uttar pradesh rajya vidyut uttpadan nigam limited as assistant engineer trainee.i left the UPRVUNL in 02/02/2009. In UPRVUNL i have to execute a bond of worth 200000.00 (two lac) if i failed to work for three years for UPRVUNL. before joining the UPRVUNL the recruitment proces for irrigation department was done. Only final result was not declared. Now the UPRVUNL forcing me and sending the letter to deposit the bond money. If i failed to do so they will go to the court. finally they have gone to the court.
these days i am very much in tension. what to do. I am not financially strong enough to submit the bond money. In making a bond my friends mom has taken the guarantee. She is getting the letters from nigam to deposit money. She is also in tension. please tell me the way. what shuld be done to come out of this position.

you ought to have worked for 3 years as per terms of bond .,the company has spent money on your training and once you got a better job you left the company .
if they go to court you have to engage lawyer to defend your self . whether any money was spent on your training? you have to state that no trainin was given nor moeny spent by organisation on your training .
