My father is working in a private company.He was been transferred from one generating station to other generating station.Due to some politics of the Union of the company my father's post has been decreased due to which his increment and appraisal has been got stuck.
One of his colleague filed a case against the company and they got the order in his favour.But when my father approached the H.R. Department and Personal officer for the said order they denied to give the order and under this circumstances .Please help what are steps to be taken so that my father can overcome from this situation.As we doesn't gets his actual designation than after retirement his pension amount will be very low as compared to the original amount.
Note: His period of duty is only 6 years.
At the time of transfer the company only said that its mere a change of place not the post

if he has been transferred from one post to another how can he be demoted?
it is mere transfer .
ask collegaue to furnish copy of order

whther the order passed includes your father's name or a person of same post has filed the case and got orders. please clarify the same and if possible get the copy of order place it before us we would clarify you more as to what best can be done n the matter.

Dear Sir, my father name is not included in the said order.The person who have got the order is denying to provide the order copy .
Should I go for a fresh petition as we don,t have any idea about the case number or the month when the order have been passed .
Can u all tell me any way to get the said order directly from the court.

The person may not be giving him the copy as a charity as probably your father did not spend time and money for litigation and just want the benefit. Such behaviour is normal. Whenever some employees litigate against the employer (Govt of Private) some eqaully palced persons contribute financially and some just redicule those collecting money. They want to play safe and do not want to come in light before management do not want to spend time and money. But when there is a favourable order they want full and equal beenfit. He cannot be compelled to give you a copy.
Apply for order copy from court.

I am really sorry to Mr sudhir but without knowing the facts you should not comment on any person.
For your very kind information it was not done by many of the employee it was done by only one person and he didnt informed about the same to any one.
