that the police have registed the first information report against my complaint i.e after 1.5 months under 420, 465,467,468,&471 ipc with malafide intentionally the said been cancelled by the police stated that the complainant had given false compliant. that i came to known that the order been passed by the police authority for re investigation of the said fir .As i had got compromise with the party what to do kind guide me can i give statment before the police authority that i had got compromise with the party and i donot want to process this fir do guide me so that no action againt me take place.

Dear Mr.Varinder,
You cannot because 420 is not compoundable. Means you can't put an end by compromise. Infact the adverse comments as to the falsity of case may hurt you.
Best thing in these circumstances would be for accused to approach the High Court of your state u/s 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR on basis of your settlement. This is regular practise these days and court must in all probability allow it.

The police might have submitted FR, they can not cancel the FIR.
Mr. Chugh has rightly stated, either you have to become a hostile witness or the case has to be quashed.
