Consumer protection act

(Querist) 15 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
If the applicant opts for not leading any Evidence at all where as the OP leads the Evidence in full, can the Applicant argue the case directly without evidence but based on the petition only? What is the implication for not leading Evidence in Consumer Forum proceeding?

Thanks

court will take evidence in consideration. Argument cannot travel beyond evidence,

Application need be proved by leading evidence.
