Where to appeal if order passed by sdo in land matter

Sir, In this case, neighbor farmer move an application to TILR for map correction, the said application was lay with SLR office & on the said application SDO passed an order without issuing any notice to us, granting the said correction, due to the aforesaid order the other party have to suffer loss of whole field, which he purchased vide registered sale deed in year 1994, now where would i prefer appeal against said order... whether to Collector or to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal.

Kindly help me because my client is very poor & having guanine case..

Just on correction your whole field is lost????

Anyways the right way is to go to i) collector ii) tribunal and then to HC.

However in urgent nature you can directly move HC in writ,

thanks Shonee sir, but from my reading collector's power are delegate to SDO then whether it is possible to move appeal to collector...
