My wife appealed in court for divorce and i never got informed about that. Court announced judgement in her favor and they gave her divorce by making me x party.Now my wife is acclaiming her jewellery inspite of the fact that she transferred my insurence policy on her name by forging signatures on declaration. She went to her mother's place rite after doing this and she took all her articles along with her.
Now they are asking agin for gold , what should i do?

You should contest the 406 case, the primary burden to prove their case rests on them, it would have been much proper if you could record the fact by sending infomration to all when she left with all the articles, but even she'd have to prove the articles (bills etc) in the first place and the fact that you have misappropriated them.
File an appeal or an application u/o 9 R 13 for setting aside of ex parte decree of divorce.

Thanks a lot for your advice and yes today was the hearing at women cell and they rejected her appeal and they have asked her to appeal in court now and at the same time i have reported forgery against her. Your support and suggestion was very valuable and it supported my confidence.
