Rule for wrong punishment.?

Guest (Querist) 24 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
In many Central Government armed organisation, the supervisory authority has no FEAR for imposing any punishments to sub ordinates. Simply they are destroying their subordinates careers. Because nothing will be lose for imposing punishments. Why the supervisory authority is not punishing for any wrong punishments if such case won by COURT. And the recovery should be recovered by the particular supervisory authority's salary and double punishment should be given to supervisory authority for imposing wrong punishment . So that the supervisory authority will have the FEAR for imposing such barbarian style.

For this any law made..??

Dear Kuggmari,

You ar absolutely correct. But, nothing moves without making efforts by the affected person. The irony of the fate is, once the case is won by the affected person, either he is exhausted from the rigours and tension of the case by the time the case is settled in his favour, or he adopts the poliy of forgive and forget under compulsion not to touch the hornets nest again with the fear of annoying the authorities any more. I found majority of such persons falling in the 2nd category who do not wish to pursue any further to teach the supervisory officer with the appropriate lessons for misuse of their powers. Only in rare cases some persons dare to vigourously pursue the matter even after winning the case and they have been noticed to be successful in their attempts.

In short, it all depends upon the affected person how they take the things after settlement of their cases.
