plz tell me how to dissolve private trust, it is established for family members for the period of 30 years, formed in the year 1964. so plz suggest me the procedure, can i directly file suit for dissolution? trust deed mentions, after 30 years the share of beneficiaries would be converted in to share in trust property.

If the purpose of the Trust has been accomplished,the Trust should be dissolved by Partitioning the Assets among the Beneficiaries According to the directions given in the Deed of Trust.
