hell all learned experts
a memo is given a person who is a teacher in highskul as maths teacher stateing that
competenr but not explain in english
not taking interest of another activities of school complain from the teachers and student bad quality method of teaching the students lackness of knowledge etc which type of reply should be given to the principal or any court remedy to set aside the said memo becausse it is given by the prejudice pls inform

you should deny every allegation and state how biased it is. if you are permanent you can not be removed without enquiry. during enquiry you can examine your colleagues, students, parents of the students etc to prove that the allegations are false.

Mr. Palnitkar is right,if possible make some allegations against the principal or the gorverning body member....like that of bias etc.

Enquiry is needed to prove the charges against the teacher. You deny all the charges.
School Education Rules are different from one State to another State. But, in the case of permanent teachers, generally the rules prescribe prior permission from education department to terminate the services of teacher. This rule is mandatory.
You can complaint to the State Education department also against the false complaints being levelled against the teacher.
