Eviction of tenant

eviction orders issued on3june 2012 bytrail court on ground of non payment of rent. can i file application in same court to review decision. i am in arrears of rent and not in a position to pay. orders were issued ex parte as i neither filed w/s nor appeared to contest. on what ground iapply for review and within what time i should apply.

as of your statement that is just exparte decree.. then just set aside the exparte decree.,

still you are in limitation., so just initiate with in 30 days..

You can file review application in 30 days

time but chances are very poor.

its not a contested decree.. so there is no use for review petition.,

just reopen your case by filing set aside petition.,
