raj,veena are the husband and wife they have one child.family problems had been raised since one year.one person reddy entered into family dispute and induced ,threatened veena that you marry me.one day reddy created a notary for divorce.two sets of divorce papers created(i.e notary and witness are also signed).one set notary contains two papers one is 100\- bond and one white paper with printed matter about divorce.only second paper (not bond)had been signedby veena by the coercionof reddy.NOW I WANT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST REDDY.WHAT IPC SECTIONS WILL COME UNDER THIS CASE PLS EXPLAIN.

Forgary is crime under IPC. Rest of your things are not understood. How can a third person ask a lady to marry him and why should he force divorce papers. You are also silent as to whether there is any problem between husband and wife.

Dear Rajendra
Notery paper for divorce is not legal and not acceptable in the eyes of Law according to Indian Law,Hindu Law, Indian Divorce act.

you can file a criminal complaint against that person before the court u/s 506 IPC
