Recovery of money

a person running a shop to seel meat.he gave meat worth rs.30000/- without bill to some person on credit.
now that person acknowledged his liability to pay the amonut only to the shop runner.
the onle proof is this written aknowledgement.but in the written acknowledgement nothing is mentioned about the purchase of meat.only liability to pay 30000 is mentioned.

whether the suit for recovery has to be filed disclosing the purchse of meat or by only saying that the other person only borrowed 30000/-

pls tell critically

1. Come out clean with the facts - let it be the purchase of meat.

2. First serve a legal notice - and then File a Recovery Suit on the basis of that written acknowledgment.

I think file suit on ground of purchase of meat of Rs. 300,00/-.Verbal evidence of two witnesses would be sufficient.
