Hsg society matter

one of society tenant, who is leave on licence basis in our society, yesterday night he abuse society watchman and also hit one slap to watchman.
Now MC decided send notice to the owner and ask his licensee to vacate his flat within 10 days.
reason behind this is to send strong MSG to other member, not to do this type of misbehave to society watchman or other society staff also.
My question is ???
is the decision of MC is ok and as per society law.

You can't directly force him to vacate the managent comitte can ask the watch man to file complaint to police with the help of management. The managent can as the real owner of flat to evicttion osf such tannent.
