Co.op hsg nomination form 14

Dear sir/mam,

I am new in this forum, i had a query regarding the above subject, that who should sign in form 14 (nomination from) maharashtra co op hsg socity in the place of Nominator Member.

And if the nominee is minor the guardians signature are required or not.

member who is giving nomination signs as nominator .

in the form it is specifically mentioned how much share you want to give to each nominee . whether nominee is a minor or not . name of gaurdian . no signature of gaurdian is required
