sanjay agarwal Posted about 4 hours ago sir i have suit owner declaration file against both my brothers and deposited rs700 court fees in jan 2012 till now i have not got stay many dates have passed..so please tell me what should i do?????? and my father has died without any will

your lawyer would have guided you . you have filed suit against your brothers claiming injunction restraining them from selling property . you must have claimed declaratory reliefs .tht you have share in property left by your father . since your fathe died interstae without a will .

if you did not obtain ad interim orders restraining sale of property in jan12 your brother has inroder to avouid giving you any share sold of the property in March 2012 .

did you apply for ad interim reliefs?
