Dear Sir,
This query is with regards to my Ancestral Property.My father's brothers and sisters have sold their rights to a builder.Since my father and mother are dead and I am his daughter the builder has approached me with an offer,but after I found out the current market rate I refused to sign the agreement since the builder is offering a very small amount.
Since I refused to sign the builder has said that he would file a Partition Deed and proceed to build a building.
Kindly explain what is a Partition Deed and if the builder can file a Partition Deed without my signature.

Since you have a share in it , without your permission the builder would face greatest hurdle to proceed to make constructions on it.
File a suit for partition and ask for injunction till the decree is passed.
