i have moved application under 156(3) for cheating and forgery a civil suite is also going on accused firm for recovery court rejected applicaton saying that u hide the facts of civil suite what is legal remedy now

If the matter is Civil, [ Yourself self filed civil suit and accepted it is civil]

I think court rightly rejected your 156(3)in view of the fact that you have already filed the civil suit where every right of yours can be tried and compensated.

You should have taken one stand. Either you would have dealt this as a matter of recovery of money or a criminal matter of fraud. If there is fraud, no matter of recovery lies and if recovery suit is already going on then there is no fraud therein.
