Whether a litigant in a criminal proceedings can sue or be sued through a GPA holder ? If so is the GPA holder personally punishable if his principal is convicted ?

A complainant can file a complaint through his GPA holder but an accused cannot be sued through his GPA holder. Punishment is personal to the person who committed the offence.
