My grand father's property was disputed by a party and final degree for his share was awarded for 8/35 portion of the property. He filed EP to amend and take possesion of the property and it was pending before the Hon'ble Court. My self with 18 others are leagal heirs of that property excluding one of my father's brother's illegitimate children and his illegitimate wife. We, ie my self and 18 others excluding the illegitimate s filed a petition praying a final degree for our portions, and it is pending before the Hon'ble court. In the mean time the Illegitimate children of my Father's brother has sold the whole property to a third party thro' some forged documents. In this junctue kindly clear me whether the award of final degree alone is enough for me and the 18 others( the leagal heirs of our grand father )to have a title on our names, or is any other steps to be taken to defend the purchased parties. Now the property is in possesion of the purchased parties. What will be the alienation of this sale. The position of final decree is, will be awarded soon. Kindly clarify me what steps i have to take to come over this situation earlier.

Your question is not really clear. You must mention type of suit. And it is also not understood as to how partial final decree can be done when the suit is for partition. You have not mentioned whether you all were party in the suit.it is also not clear as to whether those who sold the property were party in the suit and how whole possession could pass to strangers.
