is there any judement of supereme court or high court that only registerd will be taken into regard in u.p court against non registerd will or a notary will

Unregistered will is also equally valid and legal and court will consider it fully.

In Uttar Pradesh, Will of Property of Agricultural Land must be registered. In other case, registration of will is not essential.

AS written in registration act ,a registerd document could be only revoced document, and in notary will there is no clause of revocation and no instance of previous will.
