My mother has made a registered will at delhi. As per will she has given some part of property but I have only photocopy of that registered will. she died in 2010. My sisters are not willing to give my share in said property. Now advise me photocopy of registered is valid. Also advise me what to do in this case.

Yes on the basis of photocopy too you can apply for Probate.
However if it is registered you can get its certified copy.

You can get certified copy of will from Sub Registrar office.Apply for its probate.

you shall have to prove the loss of original
,if not in opponent's custody in either case of the advise advanced.
