Neighbour dispute/ boundry

Dear Sir,
My father was purchased a land 20 years back, after his retirement we plan to Construct a house there and we started construction last year oct. 2011 Our land had three side compound wall and the front(West) side having road. The south side compound wall was already constructed by our neighbour 15 to 20 years back. we leave a gap of two and half foot from house wall to that compound wall, Initially they started quarreling with us that they have land of half foot, then after they started quarreling what ever land we left b/w there compound to home wall is there's only. we went to revenue office and lodged the compliant, a Government surveyor had came to measure the land, he also declared as per our land patta, we have land. But the neighbour started quarreling with him also. they even would not allow us to work in that area, we stop the work last 2 to 3 months, when ever we go construction area they start quarreling with us and using louse word and scolding what ever they want. The surveyor also afraid about them and he gave a report "we have land as per Patta but this dispute b/w us resolve by mutual understand". They are not ready to lesson a single word and they strictly stand to fight with us. They want to sell our property to us.
Could any body kindly show a proper way to resolve this issue (want to construct our own compound).

you file a suit against your neighbor, for injunction and do peaceful work to construction. where are you from or file for advocate commissioner for inspect the dispute land and produce to the court than get order from court to construct. where r u from ?

Dear sir,
Thanks for Kind help, i am from Andhra pradesh. As per your guide lines we placed suit for injunction, finally we build the House. the case still going on, the advocate commissioner had came for measurements & submitted the report to court, but the opponent lawyer demand again for advocate commissioner to measure the plot. Here my question is will court permit to measure again and with the exiting injunction can we build a boundary in a space b/w neighbors boundary wall and our house wall.
Kindly guide me.

There is Nothing Wrong and you need not worry if every thing from your side is Perfect.Let the Advocate Commissioner Once again be appointed for Inspection as per their Plead.You Could Request the Court at least after the Inspection of Second Time the Issues has to be Sorted Out.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for you kind reply and help. The court was given its judgement as the case was cancelled and not provided permanent injunction to us, because of lack of evidence that neighbour’s intervention. In the judgement was mentioned Land ABCD (plot boundaries) belongs to us, but not given permanent injunction lack of evidence. Our Lawyer was not even suggesting us for witness or evidence of neighbour’s intervention or quarrel with us.
Now we want to do some modification in our house, again the neighbours start quarrelling us and scolding us with very bad words. How we can get permanent injunction for our property, so that we live peacefully. Kindly help us by your valuable suggestions and guidelines.

When the Honorable Court had declared that your self is the Absolute Owner of the Concerned Property then No Injunction Or Stay will be Required Or would be given.Basing on the Honorable Court's Confirmation you should seek the Remedy From Police by filing and Registering the Complaint.Consult A Local Good Criminal Side Advocate and File the Complaint with Police for the Other Side's interventions. You could submit the Complaint to Local Police as well as to the Police Commissioner/ SP of your Place
