Our housing co.op.soc. located at Mumbai. There has been some meter board and wiring work has already been carried out in our society. But the Secretary has distributed the charges of repairing of wiring work as per floor wise (i.e. sq. meter basis) Since the board is on ground floor, the charges for ground floor members are the least one, whereas the charged levied on the top floor members are the highest. Being a co-operative society, I feel that the charges should be equal among all the members. Pls. advise.

society has to carry out repair work from maintenance bills raised on members .
since society is collecting maintenance why should members pay additional amount .
was any resolution passed to that effect in AGM ?
