hi sir my uncle made a false kulmuktyar patra and sold some part of our grandfathers land who is passed away he made 2 false member stand in place of the original the false members r also of our family .n he cheated my father by making him stand my father is a mental illness patient we have certificate of mental hospital we filed a police complaint against my uncle n we also hired a laywer he took 30,000 from us n didnt do anything n misguided us but we kept the follow up against my uncle so the chargesheet is filed in the court now we r short of money we cant afford a laywer now n the police say that u will get ur land from court case ipc 420,465,466,468,471,34 r in the complaint we took a copy of charge sheet from the court in my uncle statment he says that my father took the responsibility of the 2 false members n he gave us some rupees n the original member is also given amount n he says he sold the land of my father n the original member share please guide us n does it take time for the case to stant in court like 6 months to 1 year
