sir
i had joined a university Self financing scheme as assistant professor in 15600-60000-39100 earlier i was in other university of same state in 15600-7000-39100.
My appointment letter says you are initaially for a period of five years and also till superannuation.I want to ask
whether the rules of SFS are different from budgeted
Whether my service and salary could be protected

Not being a Government university or autonomous body, Government orders for counting of past services do not apply to self financing university until the university body adopts the said government instructions in wider interests. So, better check the rules of your own university on the issue.
