Sir / Madam,
had given a sum of Rupee to the tune of 44,000/- (ie., 2% commision on home loan amount of Rs. 22,00,000/-) and the person after some time requested for 6% commission on 25,00,000/- loan to HDFC bank as to clear cibil issues which I had setteled and got settlement letter submitted to him and for the sanctioning of the loan of Rs. 25,00,000/- So he promissed me that if i pay all fully 6% to the bank then you shall get your DD for Rs. 25,00,000/- on 7th November, 2011, so I trusted him and part by part I setteled him before 30th october, 2011.
And till now he had done many excuses this way or the other and trying to threaten me saying that there is some problem in bda plan, gauranter signature.
the bank commision of 6% is to the tune of Rs. 1,50,000/- and now he is prolonging till now saying some or the other excuses.
I had made proofs like cheque given of bearers name, some by cash in vedio and audio for my mobile while paying him and other reprentative of him and related conversation.
If you could advice me how I am secured to collect back my money totally Rs. 1,90,000/- which i paid him.
What I did was Filled an application and given to him and I do not have any sort of meeting with the bank except him and one more associate person. The person from the bank who I got the confirmation of my loan eligible amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- and insurance of rs. 80,000/- and odd and he did not speak about and commission expect the processing fee about 14,500/- and that person is no more in HDFC bank now. And other instructions where given by the person whome i gave the commission. I do not have contact with bank or executive at all.
Sir if you could kindly help me out for some solution i can write it to in detail.

No Bank will ask you pay the commission for sanctioning of any loan. They wlll charge processing fee after submission of all papers to scrutinize the eligibility of loan. It is clear that you have been cheated. File a police complaint with whatever evidences you are referring. Bank has no role in this story.

Jaggarao ji,
You may probaly like to agree that touts use to work for the loan sanctioning authorities in almost all the banks. Nothing is impossible in our India where even the ruling party and other major parties are reluctant to bring forward some effective anti-corruption machinery to tackle with the rampant corruption.
Of course, the law treats even the bribe giver as offender, may he be compelled by the touts and authorities to give them bribe.

Dear Madhisudhan,
You may better lodge a complaint with the anticorruption branch of the police, if you have sufficient proof of your payments.
You may also issue notice to the person concerned to refund your money, which might have withdrawn by bearer cheques from the bank.

Respected Sir,
The only problem is that he Mr. R had sent a message, I am presenting the same as below :-
"after continuous follow up, i feel the home loan issue of mr. madhi can be ressoved in the nest under 20 days, for your information only they are asking why his papers should not be sent for detailed scrutiny, i have requested them to leave all that and resolve the issue at face value quickly". This message was sent by him to the person Mr.P who took me to him.
Will I get any problem from the bank. Two weeks before he demanded three letters from me reasoning that I I am not in position to take loan at this point of time and so, I had drafted the letter to the to whom so ever it may concern, Due to delay in the process of the home loan the seller had raised the rate of the property and he is not selling the property to me in the old rate and I am not in the position to meet that rate and kindly settle back me all documents and charges paid.
I fee that he threatening me If its so how should I go with it. The person is well versed builder and huge contacts, will I be able to face him legally with my proofs.
Sir If you could help me I will give the detail about my proofs and other oral communications.
