Dear Sir / Madam, Our Land used without any permission for road & continuously up & down. Our 7/12 Utara & Tehshil not mentioned any road from that side kindly suggest.

If no acquisition has been made then you can stop the use of your land for public purpose immediately and no one can stop you doing so and even you can get stay order against administration and general public.

stop traffic by boundray, Obtain Stay/ injunction order from Civil court Complain trespass in Police, who enter ur premises.

TThanks a lot for replying: - Dear Sirs / Maams- Actually Hamari Khethi Hai aur Usame Fsal Hai 7/12 Utara Our MAP pe kahi pebhi koi eisa mentioned nahi hai ki vaha rasta hai aur last 50-60 saal se kabhi bi baill0gadi waha se nahi gai. vo sirf aur sirf paidal jane ka hi rasta hai. but last two month se bajuwale (Pitaji ke chacha aur unke do bete) jabaran vahase baill-gaadi leke jarahe hai aur fasal ka bhi nuksan kar rahe hai. so please guide me ke main police complete karu ya court me jau?
