There is no precise definition of oral judgement. From the web site of the "Courts of British Columbia" the following observation is found on oral judgement:
"A judgement may be delivered immediately after the hearing ends. This is an oral judgment. .... Judge sometimes says "judgement is reserved", which means that the judge will take some time - days, weeks or even months - to consider the matter."

Though it is called oral judgement, it is actually dictated by the judge in the open court after the hearing is over in the presence of all concerned and subsequently transcribed by the court steno and issued under seal of the court like any other judgement.

What I understand by oral judgement is that after hearing parties Court announces its' operative part such as "suit decreed with cost" or suit dismissed with cost" or "the accused held guilty of murder with sentence of life"or "accused Acquitted"with reasons to follow in writing. Although it is very rare practice.
