Monthly maintenance

Dear Experts,
Judge awarded maintenance of 3000/-Rs which should be paid on or before 15th of each month, if due to some reasons if paid after a week that is 20-25th in some month due to unavoidable reasons will it be treated as contempt of court. every month we are paying on time that is 15th of every month and we are having proofs of the same. can we break up the said amount and pay instead of paying lumsum in everymonth.
Pls advice.

you have always made payment on time . if due to reasons beyond your control you have paid it late by 10 days court wont take a serious view . you should not make it a habit .

well said by mr ajay, the order issued by court is only for maintainable and should be followed and obey it, if any unavoidable situation arose then the court can excuse the delay one or two time ,

Thanks sir,
can we breakup the amount and can pay instead of paying lumsum at a time...we have filed an appeal for revision of maintenance amount.
can we stop the payment or do we need to pay till revision of the orders.
