Hi,
I have just sold my house in Faridabad and on final day, I want to get agreement signed by dealer that he has received commission.
Please send me such agreement ASAP.

I will take cash received receipt. Let me tell you, initially commission was fixed at Rs. 40000 but he delayed registry and my final payment, so after negotiations I agreed to pay Rs. 15000 only. So, I want agreement, which says, all previous documents related to deal are not valid now and I agree to take commission Rs. 15000.
Please help.

The negotiations for change in the commission amount can be mentioned in the receipt to be obtained by you from the Agent. The receipt should state that the amount is received by the Agent in full and final settlement of his claims.Take care to ensure that the receipt bears revenue stamp of proper value.
