Sir,
Thnks for your prompt rply to my query. I had mentioned my wife's salary 6.5 lacs p.m which is p.a and my salary is 7.5 lacs p.a.
I do not have any property in my name. I am the only son and my wife is the only child.
Kindly clarify if I would be required to pay maintenance and rental accommodation as she is demanding Rs 15000/-p.m maintenance with rental accommodation.

you are earning Rs 7. lakhs per annum . even if you have to pay 15 ,000 a month it is peanuts . but since your wife is well qualifed and earning decent salary you may not have to pay maintenace .
if you have any housing loan Emi or dependent parents these are also taken into considertaion by courts before passing order
