(Querist) 06 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A = Father B = Mother (C, D & E = Children)
A acquired property from F( A's father)

Can he transfer this property to B?
Can C, D, E object?
If C, D, E agree does A need approval from the spouses of C, D, E for doing this transfer

Please advise

With consent of CDE, A can transfer as a kartha to B and the consent of spouses of CDE does not arises.
