Good morning,
i am from Fazilka, Punjab
i had change my name in 2009, in my passport. and all other document. I had never given any request for name change in gazette or in govenment press in punjab.
Now i am not in my country which is india. and here in this country i require a any name change document which is issued by government, which i do not have.
can you please help me in this?
how can i get my government document for change name.
and what is the procedure to get name change done.......
and where i can find out the information about this.........
i tried to find out gazette office in punjab but i could not get it.

you have to file a declaratory suit for this and after publication in the official gazette you will get proper court orders about your name change,feel free to call on 9459321520 if you have left any query.
