Sir,
please clarify the following queries:
(i) In a property situated in Delhi one of the legal shareholder has rented out entire ground floor to three different tenants in violation of court orders which clearly restrained the above share holder not to create third party interest or parting with possession in any manner. Now it has come to notice that out of three tenants, the tenant verification form has been submitted for one tenant only. Now the question is what course of action should be adopted as per law for such violation of court orders as well as non submission of tenant verification forms to concerned PS?
(ii) Can a person be prosecuted under IPC or any other prescribed law for non submission of Tenant verification forms? If so, kindly give the relevant section / order?
(iii) does the local police have powers to apprehend this illegal form of tenancy? If so, kindly give the relevant provisions of law and judgements?

Tennant verification form is subsisdiary issue. First is to ponder how third party intrest is created by tenancy other than occupiers's rights.
