Misuse the goverment chwal room

Respected Sir,
i want to know something related to govermnt room using rules and regulation , i am living in mumbai city one of area which is known as goregaon east,Aarey Colony. where goverment alloted Chawl room to their employee for residential purpose and goverment given contracta to handle the animal farm for that goverment allotted some number of chawl room to farm contractor and animal farm contractor
can use that room for redential purpose for own purpose or his employee residential purpose who is working in the farm, but they are misuse the chwal room by giving to another private purpose and earn rent from them, just i want to know is it right as per the state goverment rule and if not, give the detils?

Let the Government handle the situation at its own, if the authorities find any irregularity or misuse of facility provided to the employees.

ANy Govt employee misusing Govt premises allotted for residence is liable for eviaction, penal rent since allotement as well as disciplinary action and n case of subletting liable for major penalry
