my metter pending in high court of gujrat scince jan 2011 case no SCRA.1113/2011 WITH CR RA 631/2010 WITH 4423/2011 against intet locetory order by scessions court wrare complainent of this metter thay are admited 4th time in high court for quashed FIR but not quashed it last 3times now the metter is not came on board our lawyer try to present against board again and again for priority but court asking that there is no imergency now from 3rd sep the date not date given now what can do

you have to wait and watch . number of cases are pending in high court . court has to be satisfied of the urgency of the situation . you have already engaged a lawyer . he will do the needful
