Whether delhi high court can provide relief to some extent?

(Querist) 21 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
Expert members,
we are residing in Delhi and has been falsely implicated in false cases u/s 498-A,406,323,506
The complainant who is the father of bride has filed the FIR at his place of residence which is at different state
Though alleged cause of action has taken place in Delhi area but the FIR was filed in differnt state and we have to apply for A.B in their district which has granted us AB for 60 days with condition that we have to apply for regular bail before their ilaqa magistrate
we are getting difficulty in getting regular bail on certain technical issues

My query is that whether High court has the jurisdiction to grant us relief as the alleged cause of action has taken place in delhi?
Please provide any citation, case law if available?
Regards

No at this stage Delhi High Court is not having jurisdiction.

Approach the HC of the State where the case has been registered for appropriate reliefs.

Its advisable not to move any frivolous petition before HC.
