Separation period 2 yrs
No cases from either side till last week. She filed crpc 125 and asked 8500/- maintenance & 35000/- for case charges
She is well-qualified than me but currently left job for applying this 125 case.
I don;t want her back in any condition. What
Should be my stand?

File a petition under Provision of section 125(3) crpc.
File a suit for restitution of conjugal rights as well.

2.file divorce petition on desertion ground in FC.

Restitution of Conjugal rights:-
Sir there are 99: chances that she will give positive response to RCR. She doesn't wish to come back but her brother forced her to go back or leave his (brother home)
So she will agreed to come on RCR
