We have purchased a GF shop way back in jan\feb 2012 by paying Rs. 18 lacs and got the documentation / sale deed done in june 2012. The price was inclusive of everything as agreed upon. During the time of purchase at site there was temporary light connection and still the same is continuing. We asked the builder to allot us permanent electric connection as no amount is due, but builder asked us to deposit Rs. 35000/- towards permanent electric connection. We refused to pay as it was agreed before that the price Rs 18 lacs was inclusive of all amenities and electric connection. The builder is also asking us to pay maintenance deposit amount in his firm's name instead of Building owners association as still the association has not been formed. Please guide me what action should I take.

builder will recover maintenance amount pending formation of society .since agreement has been entered into with the builder firm no harm in paying in firm name .
as fr as elcetricity connection is concerned generally builder recover extra mount for electricity connection and such a clause is mentioned in agreement . if your agreement mentions it is all inclusive then you are not liable to pay for eelctricty connection . read clauses of your agreement carefully
