hello sir please guide me i need your help..... in one civil matter,owner of the bungalow executed registered sales deed in favor of my client ..after that her son filed the suit in ahmedabad city court for cancelation this sales deed, he claimed that suit property is joint family property so her moter no whatsever right to did this sales deed,but they havent produce any document in the court regarding the same....we are the bonafide purchaser.. but after that settlement has been taken place in this matter and both the party ready to sale the suit property...for that they did agreement regarding the same..and luckly they got one party also and he wanted to purchase the property and he was also ready to given banakhat amount so we did one agreement and in this agreement they wrote ilegal and against the sales deed things,but we wanted to sales the property so we signed on it....after 2 unfortunately buyer refused to purchse this suit property.....and applicant of the suit wants to follow the legal procedure and now he is not ready to sale the property....and now we are in trouble becoz he has that agreement and whatever things reflect that agreement is not true even they dont have any single evidence to prove that facts...so my question is how can i proceed plz tell me...we are the actully owner and boz of this agreement we have to suffer...pls help me....

you have dug your own grave . necessary to go through complete papers of the case to advise . contact a senior lawyer
