Attend general body meeting

My wife is co-member. I am Treasurer of the society. Can my wife attend general body meeting in my absence? If yes, under which Act or Bye-laws no. it is mentioned that only members whose name appear first can attend the meeting?

Only members , whose name appear , can attend AGM and vote. No Proxy.

if your wife is an associate member she can attend the meetings in your absence provided you have authorised er to attend meetings
