(Querist) 10 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
in my case karans father is running factory on ancestoral land.he has set up factory himself.but karans father took loan from huf.now the income generated from factory is used by karans father as his own.and giving rent to huf.can karan claim his share from income generated by factory
