Hi experts,

can accused u/s 302 IPC have liabilty to pay compensation to legal heirs of deceased person ? If yes ,plz mention provions of law related to it.

no, he is not liable.

Yes if court orders U/S 357.Cr.P.C.in addition to sentence.
