Rented premises for sex

can i use a rented premises for having s*x with my partner, without marriage? Or can I use the hotel rooms for the same purpose? Where can I go for s*x safely with my partner without facing legal harassment? Suppose if I rent a house/flat for the purpose? Is that illegal?

Law does not support any immoral activity.

Law is not there to protect your adulterous acts.

In Hotel you can be caught for immoral traffiking, as you won't be able to give any proof of your legal relations with your girl friend. If you hire a house merely for sex and not using that as your regular residence, you will have to face the same risk, as in the hotel case. But, if you are regularly residing in a rented house, any of your friend can visit you and your activity of mutual consent sex would mostly remain unnoticed by others.
