Hi All,
we have registered complaint under false promise of marriage... before this we tried to make the guy family to understand the situation and accept the girl. but in between that they have given complaint to commissioned as the girl is behind of his son and she threatening him as she will die if he wont marry her and all... and his son never did any wrong with the girl.. but the complaint not got registered in any police station. when he applied for anticipatory bail then came to know about this. on that bases he got bail.
But what is written in the complaint is fully false.. the complaint given by his mother..yes i have tried two times to commit suicide when he refused marry me..
what is the procedure to fight with this false complaint.. i have all his chat history with me.. that first time he only used to force me to get my love. he only used to meet me and called me for date.. and he was agreed to marry me and had physical relationship with me.. but in that compliant his mother told his son not at all have any relationship with me when his mother also know our relationship because my uncle who is the Mayer of the city called them to explain the situation when first time i attempted to suicide and to ask them to marry his son with me. but that they are refused and the guy compermised me he will marry me after some time then he refused to marry me saying i am threatening to him...
Please your suggestion will make my future..

To counter you can file case against him for cheating you by not marrying you either.
If there was any physical relationship between you two and later his refusal to marry you amounts t rape. So that option is also left to you.

Thank you sir i have already registered compliant as rape.
Now he is saying i was threatening him and giving lot of trouble so he refused to marry me.. is court will accept his this reason.
I used to scold him by spoiling my life.. when i came to know about his another girl friend so i used to threaten him if he cheat me i will die and his family save him.. u all will become reason of my death like that..
is this matter will make verdict to his side..

It seems u do not determine and successfully do it instead of trying.
Your attempt should be successful , [Either to suicide or to marry ]so that they can be behind the bars u/s 306.
Half cooked food need to be thrown on road.
No one can digest, and it smells all over.
Your Mayor uncle too smelled it. & the entire city & LIC too smelled your half attempt.
why you girls allow sex before marriage and create such a lot of trouble for so many persons?? You two enjoy, and all others are in problem!!!

I m sorry, but try to be religious, be honest. Take permission from uncle Mayor before going for unmarried sexual relationship. Get blessing of your parents and his parents before going ahead, Don't close eyes, and jump in well, later shout for help.

Yes sir it is repetitive...
To VR sir i never attempted half suicide i went to coma my bad luck took again me to this world.
I really want to do this as you suggested but when i was in hospital i seen my suffered a lot because of my illness... then i made my mind and will fight i will not die..
yes we two enjoyed the physical relation but for the promise of to be with each other life long.
if guy go back of his promise why we should not fight we should die.. why the society is teaching only to female why not to male..
is traditional, rules and ethics are only for girls not for boys..
what wrong my uncle did they told to guy when u did the mistake u have to marry her both has to bare each other.. is that wrong? y only expect true love from girl.. if i die is world accept it is my true love.. or i should live and show the guy nature how ditch to me..
Yes for the first first time i am frustrated depressed i wan not in condition to take decision either i have to die or i should fight..
when i come to know we can fight against this then i took decision of fight..
AT THE LAST IF I DIDN'T GET TRUE VERDICT I WILL DIE SURELY TO SHOW THE NATURE OF GUY AND THE PLACE OF GIRL IN SOCIETY AND LAW.

Yes this is the repetitive question..
let me go behind of jail for attempting suicide..
But is there is a way to fight against the guy for what he did with me..
Once he agreed infornt my uncle that he will marry me after two years that time also he had physical relationship with me..
then one or one reason he postponed register marriage... in between that i checked his fb chat with his friend then i got before this also he ditch some other girl i have copy of that.
then i started to fight with him he has to marry me immediately so then he said now he cant and at the last refused to marry me..

Please sir if you cant help on this don't discourage me... i came to from his facebook chatting history before me he ditch some other girl also his friend he used to use girl for their desire..
both are used to chat regarding girls how to find new girl how to move with her closely how escape from her all that conversation i got and i copied all of them .. when they have no intention to marry a girl then they don't have rights to play their life... is it right?

Experts people like you has to support girls like us, to get punishment for those boys who play some one's life.. really what i lost in my life is i will get back... when he don't have guts to face then why he promised to marry me.. even so many times i explained him to be with me as a good friend.. or else it will spoil our life but that time he didn't listen to me.. lie lie lie through out our relationship he lied to me.. after all this also i begged him to marry me before anything happens to my dad.. my dad 64 year old.. if something happens to him means i have to join any "anatha ashrama"..
then also he didn't agreed means what i have to do...?
