Society not holding agm

Our Society not holding Annual General Meeting Since last year.
i asked to Secretary,before a month ago regarding the AGM which was not held yet. he replied we are going to announce soon but he didn't gave the approx time. in this matter what should i do to get meeting held? and what are the provisions in law to fight against if they will not take the same? and to whom i have to complain?

Complain to Asst Registrar Co-op Soc, as AGM not held by 14 Aug 2012.
Check whether Society prayed for extension period to held it later??
Send Letter with copy to ur Sec

make an application to regsitrar for appointment of adminstrator for your society . as AGm not held for 2 years . it is mandatory requirement to hold AGM by 14th August . extension of 3 months can be given on applicaton . in your case since audited accounts not approved for 2 years fit case for appointment of adminstrator

In such matters, the society can be got dessolved by registrar if the AGM is not held continuesly for 2 years. It shall be better for you to make a written complaint to registrar of your area.
